    Violation of Ethical Management

    Receiving money, gifts, entertainment, etc., from partner companies or third parties

    Inappropriate use of budget funds (e.g., meeting expenses, business promotion expenses)

    Giving unjust orders to partner companies that are not necessary for business or engaging in so-called "gapjil" (abuse of power in Korean)
    (e.g., excessively setting warranty periods, forcing subcontracting with specific companies, personal errands, etc.)

    Workplace Sexual Harassment/Sexual Assault

    -Acts that cause sexual humiliation or disgust by physically touching or fondling specific body parts

    -Making obscene and vulgar comments, making sexual analogies or evaluations about appearance, asking about or spreading information regarding sexual private life

    Workplace Harassment

    Insults, threats, and verbal or physical assaults that demean one's character

    Excessive weekend work and inappropriate attendance pressure through KakaoTalk or phone calls

    Repeatedly assigning difficult tasks not specified in the employment contract that everyone avoids to specific employees

    Not providing essential work equipment (PC, phone, etc.), blocking internet or internal network access

    Forcing participation in drinking, smoking, or company gatherings against one's will

    Violation of Labor Laws and Other Internal Regulations

    Employment and promotion solicitation, manipulation of documents or interview results, and unjust orders
